on traditional whole grain cooking in America and contemliorary macrobiotic,

Gale and Alex directed the Heart-of-Texas Macrobiotic
Center in Dallas, Texas and managed the Kushi Institute in Becket, Mass. They
have continue to teach, write, and give dietary consultations and live in western
Massachusetts with their family.
